Element: hasAttributeNS() method
hasAttributeNS returns a boolean value indicating whether the current element has the specified attribute.
Syntax

hasAttributeNS(namespace,localName)
Parameters
namespaceis a string specifying the namespace of the attribute.localNameis the name of the attribute.
Return value
A boolean.
