CharacterData
The CharacterData
abstract interface represents a Node
object that contains characters. This is an abstract interface, meaning there aren't any objects of type CharacterData
: it is implemented by other interfaces like Text
, Comment
, CDATASection
, or ProcessingInstruction
, which aren't abstract.
