Element.replaceWith()

Element.replaceWith() メソッドは、この Element を親の子リストの中で一連の Node または DOMString オブジェクトに置換します。 DOMString オブジェクトは Text ノードと等価なノードとして挿入されます。

replaceWith() はスコーピングに非対応
